In collaboration with entrepreneur Arunabh Sinha, Chem-Dry carpet and floor cleaning announced their Pan India Franchise agreement. This move is expected to grow the brand nationally, generating numerous job and business opportunities for the interested investors.
The rise of a new segment
The rapidly expanding franchising industry is giving birth to many new segments, which could be opted as a career purpose. Cleaning service sector is among one such segment which is gradually gaining popularity and is expected to create more buzz in time to come.
Arunabh is the founder of UClean which is India’s first organized chain of dry cleaning centers. It is emerging as on-demand cleaning services, catering to residential and commercial customers. The cleaning industry is emerging as a lucrative business where Sinha is expected to bring his wealthy knowledge in both franchise operations and cleaning industry.
Strategy to increase the customer base
Customer base decides the fate of a business whether it’s successful or a failure. Brands are opting for different strategies in order to attain customer base, settling their brand successfully in this competitive market.
Arunabh Sinha shares, “We have about 60 stores in 21 cities, where customers can do their own laundry or drop it off. With our IT efficiency, we have tens of thousands in our customer base and look forward to further growth. Our franchise owners have asked about adding carpet and upholstery cleaning so they could generate more business and with Chem-Dry.”
