- Chennai-based Netmeds buys health tech startup KiViHealth
Netmeds.com, the pharmaceutical e-commerce portal, has acquired the health tech startup KiViHealth in a cash and stock deal. The Chennai-based company will be investing about $10 million in order to integrate and grow KiVIHealth business segment.
KiViHealth was founded by Bhanu Mahajan and Rajandeep Singh in 2015. The Ahmedabad-based firm is a clinic management platform, helping patients to search and book doctor appointments, manage medical records, get notified on medicine schedule, and track their health timeline.
