- Choice Hotels to take hotel count to 40 by 2012 end
Choice Hotels International, a global hospitality chain is planning to take count of its hotels to 40 by the end of next year. This expansion will be a mix of franchised and managed hotels, confirms a company’s official.
Besides this, the company is also set to introduce two new brands to its Indian portfolio by next year. The names of these two brands have not been disclosed yet.
Presently, the company is operating through 27 hotels across the nation with a total capacity of 1,800 rooms. It is operating under the Comfort Inn, Quality Inn and Clarion brands in India. Apart from these three brands, Choice Hotels is also going to launch its economical brand Sleep Inn, which is under construction in Faridabad.
