Coldwell Banker India, a residential real estate franchise system, is looking at opening its 100 franchise units in next three years. The brand's plans include opening 30 franchisee-run centres in Mumbai in the first year and then in Pune, Bangalore and the NCR. Coldwell Banker India is a master franchisee of Coldwell Banker with exclusive rights to appoint franchisees, to develop and market the brand in the Indian sub-continent.
