This is the first step for Continent Hotels and Resorts as well as Ancyra hotels by creating a presence in China, India and Europe. They aim to increase their property portfolio through, joint venture partnerships, regional and national franchise agreements. The company is offering master franchisee for UK. They expect to develop 5 to 7 hotels in UK with a period of 5 years through the country franchisee. This can be achieved through sub-franchising, management contracts, re-branding, or joint venture to operate under the Continent Hotels and Resort brand. This franchise is suitable for real entrepreneurs, and/or existing Hotel companies interested to re-brand current portfolio.
