- Cosmetics wing of French fashion house Chanel to open its first spa at Hotel Ritz Paris
Apart from being globally renowned for its chic garb, French fashion house Chanel is known for its perfumes and skincare range.
The brand has recently announced the opening of its first ever Spa by the end the year named ‘Chanel au Ritz Paris’ at the Ritz Paris, as informed by leading global news portals.
Reportedly, the French fashion house will dedicate its first spa 'Chanel au Ritz Paris' to its skin care range.
The renovation work of the hotel had began in July 20012, three years ago, and is expected to open by the end of 2015.
Significantly, Coco Chanel lived at the Hotel Ritz Paris for 34 years, and to keep the history live, expectedly, the hotel has created a Suite Coco Chanel and the name will live on in the spa as well.
Further details related with the spa menu, architecture, pricing strategy and more is yet to be unveiled. However, the globalmedia reports that the reservations of the hotel would finally be open from June onward for a reduced room count of 143 (earlier the room count was 159).
