Diva Fitness, which had ventured in 2007 in an aim to cater the women, has adopted franchise business model for rapid expansion. According to Sachin Malik, Founder of Diva Fitness, “We are getting wonderful response from the attendees at the Franchise India Expo 2009 and we believe the conversions would be great in 2010.”
“Fitness awareness among the young women is increasing day-by-day and we are trying to trap this niche market more, and that is the reason we have embarked into franchising,” opined Malik.
The brand is presently trying to expand in the northern region. To open a Diva Fitness centre, a franchisee needs an average investment of Rs 15-20 lakhs with an area requirement of 700 -1,000 sq. ft.
