Eagle Boys Pizza seeks expansion in India

Australia’s most popular fast food chain that specialises in Pizza, has made its maiden entry in Indian market by granting the master franchise rights to Fusion Taste India Pvt Ltd, a venture of HBN Group.

For making its mark in India’s pizza industry, Eagle Boys Pizza is now seeking to open franchise stores. Presently, Eagle Boys Pizza has more than 340 stores in Australia. While, in India the brand is operating five company-owned stores.

Commenting on the target plan for expansion, Vishnu Reddy Leburu, COO, Fusion Taste Pvt. Ltd - Master franchise of Eagle Boys Pizza in India, said: “We are targeting tier I and II cities only. We are targeting towards having around 10 outlets by the end of this year. With our improvisation and urge for delivering the best in menu, ambience and service, we are certain that the coming year will be much more successful for the company in India.”

In India, Eagle Boys stores are located at Connaught Place, Rajouri Garden, G.K. II and Kingsway Camp in Delhi and one outlet in Bathinda, Punjab. The brand plans to open ten more stores. Five in Pune and five in different cities of Northern India. To open an Eagle Boys Pizza franchise, an investment of Rs 30 lakh is required with an area of 500- 1,500 sq.ft preferably in any high traffic area of the particular city.
