eBikeGo, one of India’s first-ever electric bike rental and delivery platform, has introduced its own fleet of low-speed electric scooters the “DEXPRESS”.
The low-speed electric scooters are enabled with fast charging, reaching up to 90% charge in under 90 minutes. These scooters can cover 140 KM on a single charge, with a load limit of 220 kg and a top speed 25 km/hr.
Dr. Irfan Khan, Founder, eBikeGo, said, “We are extremely happy to announce the launch of our own low-speed scooters ‘DEXPRESS’ by mid of September this year. These low-speed scooters will be really helpful for the delivery executives as these scooters do not require a driving license, so people without a driving license can start earning immediately.”
“Also, these low-speed scooters are very cost-effective in terms of renting and charging the battery. This addition in our portfolio will be one step ahead in our endeavour of reducing vehicular pollution in the cities and making deliveries green as intended by the people and various state governments,” he added.
Currently, eBikeGo is offering e-scooters to delivery giants such as Zomato, Delhivery, GoStops, Ferns N Petals, Vpledge, etc, on the basis of B2B ride-sharing business. The company is already operational in cities including Delhi, Amritsar, Agra, Ludhiana and Jaipur with close to 460 e-scooters in operation.
