Kindly brief about your brand, how long you been operationalinto HR domain? What are the major challenges while working in this sector?
Talent Corner is a 15 Year Young Company in the Recruitment Space. We Service Close to 900 Clients & Recruit almost 2000 People Every Year. At Present we believe the Challenge in Our Sector is that Demand & Supply both are high, however there is a Huge Opportunity in the Servicing Segment which helps Align the Demand& Supply. Thus Recruitment Companies like ours who are focused on Quality Service see a Huge Potential for Growth.

Kindly highlight your services? Presently, how many sectors do you cover?
We are Highly Focused only on Recruitment. We Service All Sectors Except for Call Centers, BPO & Insurance.

Kindly highlight your current present pan India? As of now, how many franchise outlets do you operate?
We Have Our Franchise Partners Across India. As we Speak, we have 32 Franchise Partners.

What is your criteria to select Franchisee? Averagely, how much investment is involved in establishing the single franchise set-up?
We Are Looking for Partners who are interested in a Long Term Relationship. There is No Requirement for Infrastructure in our Business. One can operate from their Home, Coffee Shop or Co-Work Sharing Space. The Total Investment in the business is Rs. 2,70,000 All Inclusive.

Initially, what sort of support you provide to your franchisee in establishing the business?
We Provide Training Support, Admin & Compliance Support & Database Support. Our Most Important Support is that of Client. You Do Not Need to Do Sales Or Business Development. We will be doing that for you. All you need to do is Service the Client.
