Commencing with a welcome note addressed by Ms. Ritu Marya, the first session allocated Amit Gupta, Director and Secretary, Global Knowledge Network Society and Chairman- Education Committee, PHDCCi who spoke on issues such as how can we track the quality of education keeping the students at the centre. The session also included senior lecturers such as Prof. Dinesh Singh, Former Vice Chancellor, University of Delhi along with Prof. Dr. B.P. Khandelwal, Board and Working Committee member, The DPS Society who also simplified by explaining the enhanced ways that can be implemented to teach as well as increase social inclusiveness.

The next session was moderated by Mr. Anand Sudarshan , Founder and Director, Sylvant Advisors Pvt. Ltd. Speaking about the business models that will surely prove a win win situation for investors who want to make it big in the education industry. The session was honoured by featuring speakers such as Ms. Prachi Windlass, Director-Education, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Prof. Dr. M M Pant, Former Vice Chancellor,(IGNOU) along with Manu Bhandari, Managing Partner- Mark 88 & Managing Director-Eduscape Education.
Creating Schools that Work for Kids Education in the Mainstream K-12 Agenda
Headed by Director of Teri Prakriti School, Mrs. Lata Vaidyanatahan, the session shared some charged up views that how private players can contribute to the government. Col. Gopal Karunakaran, CEO, Shiv Nadar Schools shared his views about the evolution of the education industry and how necessarily partnership models should be explored to unlock full potential of this segment. The session was also shared by Mr. Nirmal Kumar Tewari, Director-Education, ModiEdutech Pvt. Ltd., and Dr. Bindu Rana, MD, CEO, Millenium Education Management Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Shiv Khera, Founder, Qualified Learning Systems, USA. Khera shared insights about the country’s growing problems and discussed the ways to eradicate the problems. The enlightening session by Khera highlighted the problems faced by leading entrepreneurs and fledged business leaders to innovate new ways to lead in a better and a versatile manner.
Overall the 6th Indian Education Congress was a great platform to learn, achieve and implement the knowledge shared by a few leading personalities dominating the education industry.
