With this, Euler Motors also introduces ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) for the first time in the LCV segment in India, alongwith 10 other segment-first features.

The Storm EV LongRange 200 is priced at ₹12.99 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi), while the Storm EV T1250 is available at ₹8.99 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). Euler Motors also provides an industry-first extended warranty of 7 years or 2 lakh kilometers.

The Storm EV Long Range 200 is the first intercity electric vehicle in its segment, featuring an industry-leading real range of 200 km for cargo transport between nearby cities. Its CCS fast charging allows access to highway infrastructure, providing a 100 km range in just 15 minutes.

The Storm EV T1250 is designed for intracity use, featuring a real range of 140 km, a body length of 8.2 feet, and a volumetric capacity of 220 and 260 Cft. Its DC001 fast-charging protocol provides a 100 km range in just 30 minutes. Available in two variants for carrying dense or regular loads, the armoured version has a segment-first 4 mm armoured skateboard chassis and an 8-leaf rear suspension for smooth and safe cargo transport on all road conditions.

Euler Motors prioritizes safety with the Storm EV by introducing ADAS in the LCV segment for the first time. It features Night Vision Assist (NVA) for clear imaging of obstacles in darkness, allowing drivers to extend their driving time safely. Additionally, the vehicle includes front and reverse camera collision alerts to enhance on-road safety by warning drivers of potential obstacles and traffic signals.

Saurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Euler Motors, expressed excitement about entering the 4W LCV segment with EV models that enhance customer earnings and facilitate intercity operations. He emphasized that customers seek to maximize profits without incurring significant costs compared to ICE vehicles. The Storm EV not only matches the price of its ICE counterparts but also surpasses them in performance, efficiency, and safety features.

“I am grateful to our customers, partners and investors who have stood by us, and who have helped us to think out of the box. Because of this, the Storm EV will be the most technologically sophisticated and the best performing 4W LCV on Indian roads today. We believe this will spur EV penetration in the LCV segment and grow it from the current 1.1 % levels. An immediately tangible benefit of this shift will be cleaner air in our cities.” added Saurav.

Both models redefine standards in the commercial EV market with advanced technology, robust performance, and design, providing a versatile solution for heavy-load, intra- and inter-city transport while achieving price parity with comparable ICE contenders.
