Evok to expand

Interior goods brand, Evok launched yet another store in New Delhi and announced plans of its expansion across the country. Evok, a brand from Hindware Home Retail Private Ltd (HHRPL) has invested Rs 250 crore and plans to open 8 to 10 stores this fiscal year. The new store in New Delhi is its 17^th one and a company official informed about store openings in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Coimbatore.

The company is currently running shop-in-shop stores in collaboration with Hypercity and is in talks with Shoppers Stop. Evok is also looking forward to franchise. An aspiring franchisee may require investing Rs 12-15 lakh and an area of 1,000 sq. ft which will include design studios and other products.

Evok houses over 16, 000 products and also offers interior designing services for their customers. These services will soon be available online as well. They import their products from Germany, Italy and Malaysia and are soon going to target Sri Lanka to minimise transportation costs.
