Participating among the exhibitors in the Franchise India 2016 event at Pragati Maidan, Anil talks about the brand with its future foot prints. Evokes is a leading brand for exotic spa and skincare services, which is setting up & operating consultancies and have multiple franchise formats.
As per Anil, the franchise models under way are pure FOFO, brand managed FOFO, FOFO with minimum return guarantee. Apart from these, the brand also follows the consultancy model. For the brand to offer franchises,minimum area required is 1500 sqft with intial total investment of Rs 50 to 55 lakhs and a franchise fee of Rs 5 lakhs. The payback period is 2.5 to 3 years.
