Fastrack plans to open 70 new stores via the franchise route this year. After the addition, the total count of stores for this year will be 227. The brand also expects its turnover for the current fiscal to be around Rs 1,000 crore as against Rs 800 crore in the previous fiscal.
“Fastrack has always focused on the franchisee model and would continue to do so. All new stores planned this year are going to be franchise stores, “said Hemal Panchamia, Marketing Head, Fastrack. Panchamia further added: “We generally spend around five per cent of the turnover on advertisements and brand building. The brand was looking at entering into new categories and would add a new category in the next two years.”
Fastrack is India's one of the largest youth fashion brand with a snazzy collection of bags, belts, sunglasses, helmets, wallets and watches. Fastrack is the brand for the young generation, which is part of the Titan brand. It is said to be one of the inventive youth brands. Trendy in design and young in patrons, it began with watches, extended into eyewear and aims to reinvent itself as a youth accessories brand.
