Making its re-entry into the Indian market, Italian supercar manufacturer Ferrari has set up its outlet in Delhi. The company has tied-up with Select Cars Pvt Ltd as its distributor.

Earlier, it had entered the market in 2011 with Shreyans Group being its sole distributor and had opened a store in Delhi. The outlet was accused of poor after-sales service by several Ferrari owners. Things turned ugly when high-profile owners like Gautam Singhania, Chairman and MD of the Raymond Group, had started to publicly express their disappointment with the store. This had finally led the luxury car marker to end its tie-up with Shreyans Group.

According to Ferrari, things are going to be different this time around.  “The showroom will offer the new car sales and the highest quality of after-sales service with an unprecedented buying experience,” says Yadur Kapur, Director, Select Cars Pvt Ltd.
