- Fitness brand Cure.fit picks Dubai for its first foray into the international market
Cure.fit, India-based integrated healthcare platform, has picked up the lucrative Dubai market for its first international foray. The Indian fitness chain has opened its first fitness centre, cult.fit, in Dubai at Palm Strip Mall.
Ankit Nagori, Co-Founder of cure.fit, said, “Dubai is our first international launch. We have plans for opening 10 more Cult centres in 2019 and many more planned across the emirates by 2020.”
“The growing awareness about healthy living and beating obesity amongst the Dubai population, besides the significant shift in demand from traditional gyms to newer group workout formats has been the key thrust for cult.fit to launch in Dubai,” he further stated.
A communication executive associated with the company added, “One subscription gives the customer access to multiple formats like strength conditioning, boxing, HIIT, Yoga, dance fitness and even a celebrity workout HRX by Bollywood icon Hrithik Roshan.”
Founded in 2016 by Mukesh Bansal and Ankit Nagori, The Bengaluru-headquartered company was started with the aim to address preventive healthcare.
Currently, Cure.fit has 160 centres spread across six cities in India. It is planning to launch 800 centres across 50 Indian cities by 2020.
