FitnessOne to open 20 franchise centres

FitnessOne, a Chennai-based chain of fitness centres is eyeing to open 20 centres in the southern region of the nation by the end of 2012, confirms a company’s official. The company is targeting Hyderabad, Kerala and other south Indian cities to open the new centres, which will be a mix of company owned and franchised centres.

Presently, the company is operating through 40 company owned centres. Recently, the company has opened four all-women fitness studios called Pink, and two Propel stores selling fitness equipment ranging from Rs 300 to Rs three lakh in Hyderabad.
