Fern' N' Petals (FNP), a florist chain started in 1994, has tied up with HEROITES, a part of Hero Group and a BPO sourcing company to outsource their call centres. The recent development will help the brand in enhancing their customer relations and provide better and fast services. This tie-up will be specially helpful for online flower shopping services.

The company last 16 years the company has opened 97 outlets in more then 35 cities and is is on the verge of taking the store count to 100 outlets. Most of these outlets are run on franchise model.

In addition to its own outlets, FNP has 156 vendor partners overseas for global deliveries. The FNP website caters to the floral needs of customers throughout the world.
