This is first time that MSME has partnered with a private venture to promote, support and elevate Small medium Entrepreneurs.

Franchise India announces the 17th edition of its flagship annual property, “17th International Franchise and Retail Show’19 in association with RE/MAX India, UClean, Thanco's Naturals and Aghraharam supported by MSME” on 12-13th Oct’19 at Pragati Maidan.

It will be a two-day mega event, which will aim to inspire new-age entrepreneurs to create a wave of Entrepreneurship by buying and selling of franchise businesses of leading International and domestic brands, discover, collaborate and invest in unexplored Business Opportunities in the country wherein the current scenario there are fewer jobs and corporate opportunities.

This is the first time that MSME has partnered with a private venture to promote, support and elevate Small medium Entrepreneurs and is granting a subsidy of up to Rs 45,000 to manufacturing and service businesses to exhibit at the show.

At the forefront, the franchise expo promises to offer hundreds of the revolutionary franchise concepts and opportunities and is thronged by over 40,000 investors, 10,000 HNIs and 500+ national and international brands including names like Rasna, Caffe Ritazza, Legends of Punjab, Millie’s, Wrap it up!, The Massage Company, Max Brenner and many more. The Show will also witness celebrity presence like Tiger Shroff & Krishna Shroff and Sunny Leone.

Gaurav Marya, Chairman of Franchise India, said, “As per the ratings of the International Franchise Association, India has been ranked as the 12th most valuable market for franchising in the world. It is globally proven that during a slowdown, franchising is the established format to fix economic stress. The industry is growing at 30 -35 per cent year-on-year and is expected to reach USD 150 billion in the next few years. In fact, new franchisees play an integral role in supporting the local economy through more job creation and the payment of taxes.”

“We aim to create an Entrepreneurial wave in the country through franchising and distribution as well as people and businessmen who want to start/expand their business. The show will see the industry stalwarts, market watchers and consultants from across the country and world to share their expert views on some of the best practices in the industry,” he further added.

17th International Franchise and Retail show’19 will host dedicated zones for sectors like food & beverage, retail, licensing and private labels as well as franchise zones for low-cost brands, educational institutes, lifestyle, fashion, health and wellness, and international brands.
