Franchising on the cards for Glare

Glare Car polish, a U.S based brand is seeking franchise partners in India. By 2002 Glare was being sold on five different continents around the world, winning high praises by both professionals and enthusiasts. Glare is an ultra high gloss, all weather, temperature flexible polish/sealant containing a brand new proprietary active ingredient called glassplexin.In India, Glare is all set to open two franchise stores in Pune and is also looking at expanding via franchise route across India.

Santosh Thombare, Director, Glare, India said: “We are tapping pan-India for expansion. We feel franchising is the best way to grow fast. A franchisee will be given a standard model of a store. Brochures support, machinery installation and further training will also be provided to the franchisee. Our marketing team will travel across cities and give demos and promotion along with the franchisee. Glare professional polish was put to test by the aviation Industry too. ”

Currently, Glare has its presence in 16 countries worldwide. Glare has been considered as an expert in taking out scratches and smoothening the paint to the highest gloss effect. Glare contains glassplexin, which is a silicate. Glare forms a rock hard shield that protects surface against the elements like UV rays, Acid rain, Bird droppings, Road tar etc. It lasts up to five years because it is not water soluble like most other waxes and polymers. An area of 800-1500 sq.ft with an investment of Rs 6 lakh is required to be a Glare franchisee.
