FRO Kolkata the 48th biggest Franchise & Retail, Expo & Conference scheduled on April-21 to 22, 2012 at Swabhumi - the Heritage Plaza, Kolkata witnessed huge success. Franchise India and Indian Franchise Association (IFA) had organised FRO 2012 in Kolkata for the fifth time. The show presented a platform for brands from multiple sectors to showcase their franchise opportunities to the serious investors in Kolkata and surrounding cities.
The inaugural show was addressed by B Hari, President TiE Kolkata, Prof Anjan Raichaudhari, Faculty, IIM-Kolkata as the Chief Guest along with Ashna G Sharan, CEO, Franchise India Exhibitions.
The show encompassed a comprehensive exhibition and a thought-provoking conference on franchising, retailing and licensing, covering the broad dynamics of SME sector.
