GAS eyeing franchise expansion

GAS, a premium apparel brand is planning to open four franchised stores by the end of this year. The brand also aims to open 12 franchised retail stores over the next three years across India, confirms company’s official.

At present, the company is operating through two stores in India and is targeting cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Kolkata and Amritsar for opening more franchised stores. Recently, the company has opened its second outlet which is 1,600 sq. ft in area on Linking Road in Mumbai and is designed on ESSENSUAL concept, which is a perfect mix of ‘essential’ and ‘sensual’.

In addition to the stand-alone stores of the company, the brand is also available in exclusive areas within Shoppers Stop.
