Global Franchise Architects (GFA) an international food brand, is on an expansion spree in the country by setting up its 82nd eatery, a Cream & Fudge franchise outlet in Hyderabad. It also plans to add 18 more outlets by March 2012 across the country. The company recently appointed a Master Franchisee Gama for eastern region and had set up its first store. The brand also plans to enter north India.
GFA, founded by Fread Mouawad, operates through a portfolio of food outlets of Coffee World, Pizza Corner, Cream & Fudge and The Donut Baker in India, with most of its stores located in south India. The chain is all set to add 18 more across all the four formats in the country. Of the 82 stores, Pizza Corner accounts for the largest number with 52, followed by Cream & Fudge and The Donut Baker with 12 each.
