What are your expansion plans for India?

RFG is currently recruiting Master Franchise Partners for Gloria Jean’s Coffee, Crust Gourmet Pizza, Donut King, Michel’s Patisserie, Brumpy’s Bakery, Cafe2U and Pizza Capers Brand Systems. With the opportunity of at least seven licenses across India, we are confident that our business model will be a point of difference for potential partners.

What are your views on Indian franchise industry?

India’s franchise industry continues to thrive, driven by a growing appetite for internationally branded products and an emerging café culture, providing a great opportunity for international brand systems.

How do you see Indian Food & Beverage market?

India’s Retail and F&B sectors have evolved over the last decade, leading to a high level of consumer interest in specialty and gourmet brands in particular. Research points to industry growth, with reports showing the market is expected to increase in value to around $35 billion by 2020. With a rising global awareness and increasing spends on eating out among Indian consumers, the timing is opportunate for RFG to enter the Indian market.

How can one take Gloria Jean’s franchise?

RFG’s international expansion model is based on recruiting Master Franchise partners who purchase a license to develop a certain brand system in a defined territory. The master franchise partner model provides the company and local partners the opportunity sustainable partnership to successfully develop RFG’s brand systems internationally.

What strategy do you adopt to establish base in international market?

RFG’s strength in brands philosophy positions us to enter the market with multiple brand systems, increasing our ability to effectively and efficiently provide enhanced support systems and resources to our partners in any one region. Our existing support team is currently based strategically across the globe, made up of seasoned experts in franchising who will work with our prospective Master Franchise partners to develop a successful model for their territory.
