We are a cross border e-commerce company. We have products for every price points. There is a great need for people who want unique things and best products in life. Our target segment is consumers falling in the age group of 18 to 45 years. We ensure to facilitate our customers with latest innovation in wellness products, brands, which they aspire to get. Whatever international products they want to purchase, we make it available to them.
How is the so far consumer’s response? Which category of the products bag maximum demand and why?
Our growth is basically organic in nature. So far, the consumer traction is very good. Our top categories include electronic goods. Demand for international health and wellness products is growing faster among our customers.
What challenges you faced while launching this e-retailing portal? How did you convert them into opportunities?
Initially, sourcing new products from the USA and other international markets was the biggest challenge. We worked hard to get them on board and this gave us a good traction among our customers.

Internet gives unlimited choices to the customers. Healthy competition will make the industry grow and provide enormous opportunities for e-tailing as well.

In the last two years, we have seen that there is a tremendous improvement in logistics services in India. We are currently relying on third party logistics to deliver the products to our customers. We are the only company in India to offer COD for cross border e-commerce products.
How much is the growth of the online retail portal in the span of two years? What are your future plans?
We are planning a lot for 2015. Our team is actively working to expand our product range in the coming fiscal. In next few months, this will happen exponentially.
