The outcome of balanced diet and exercise may bestow you with lustrous hair, glowing skin and perfect shape.
Complex carbohydrate and fiber intake: Ditching carbohydrate diet completely is something you should not think of. Meals having complex carbohydrates, rich in fibers with supply good source of energy they get absorbed slowly. Other than this, the fiber in these meals reduces hunger, preventing you from overeating. Whole wheat Pasta, brown rice, whole grain breads, beans, fruits and veggies are great source of complex carbohydrates and are high on fiber content.
Consume moderate amount of fats: One thing that brides to-be do grossly wrong is that they avoid food which has fat without knowing that it may lead to issues like skin dryness, lack of suppleness. Get your food cooked in healthy oils like olive oil, ground nut or rice bran oils. Significantly, 15-20 per cent of fat intake is must.
Cut on sugar intake: Too much of sweets lead to bloating and makes one feel heavy and lethargic. It is also one of the reasons behind sudden weight gain, blemishes and acne on face. Girls should stay away from sweets after meal and should not binge on chocolates, cakes, desserts and other sweet items. Long gaps between meals aggravates craving for sugar and to combat that intake of raisins, dates, honey or any other natural sweetner is advised.
Drink lots of water: Drinking water helps in hydrating your skin and gives remarkable glow on skin. When you are adequately hydrated, you do not over eat. Sometimes the hunger pang that you feel is on account of you being just thirsty.
