How Interim Budget 2019 Is Going to Benefit the Education sector

Finance Minister, Piyush Goyal, has presented the Interim Budget 2019 envisioning India to become a 5 trillion dollar economy in the next five years. The Interim Budget 2019 has brought opportunities for the education sector as the government has launched a national programme on Artificial Intelligence, known as ‘National Artificial Intelligence Portal’.

India secures the 13^th rank in the Artificial Intelligence across the world, and is considered to be comparatively behind from the rest of the world in terms of Artificial Intelligence. With the launch of a National Programme on AI, it is expected to make an exponential difference in the current state of education sector.
