Nestle is stepping ahead towards sharpening the nutrition segment, transforming the health and wellness industry.

Nestle is focusing to explore strategic options for Nestle Skin Health. With the evolution happening in the health and wellness industry, Nasdaq Corporate Solutions is processing the step for bringing the transformation.

Recently, the board of directors assessed Nestle’s Nutrition, health and wellness strategy. The board confirmed the strategic direction on sharpening its focus on food, beverage, and nutritional health products. Further, the board expects to deepen the resource commitment, facilitating the implementation of a long-term value strategy.

The rise of scientifically based solutions

After the confirmation of the strategic approach inherited by Nestle, Nestle Skin Health will be providing science-based solutions to meet the demand of healthcare professionals, customers, and patients. The complimentary business unit is looking to include segments like prescription, aesthetics, and consumer care.

Nestle Skin Health has more than 5,000 employees across 40 countries under its name.
