IHCL To Soon Launch Its 17th Hotel In Karnataka

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has signed a new Vivanta hotel in Manipal, Udupi, Karnataka. This is IHCL Group’s 17th hotel in Karnataka.

A hotel is a management contract with Harinath Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd, a sister concern of Ballal Developers Ltd.

Vivanta is IHCL’s collection of upscale hotels and resorts. It caters to smart travellers seeking unique experiences.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President (Real Estate & Development), IHCL, said, “The signing of Vivanta Manipal is aligned to Aspiration 2022 with its focus on aggressive domestic growth. We are delighted to have partnered with Ballal Developers for this hotel and through this association provide a contemporary suite of offerings to both business and leisure travellers.”

The new Vivanta hotel will consist of 100 well-furnished guest rooms. It will also include an all-day dining restaurant, bar, a rooftop diner, recreation facilities, and modern meeting spaces.
