Indian Restaurant Congress 2011 set to begin tomorrow

Franchise India is organising Indian Restaurant Congress 2011 with Entrepreneur India Advisors and CIFTI-FICCI as the knowledge partners. The two day event will be held at Hotel Claridges in New Delhi on August 20-21 2011. It is a national level conference supported by National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) where renowned chefs, restaurant operators, and F&B experts will discuss the growing consumer demand for quality dining experiences.

The event will draw a great experience as restaurant operators and finance experts will discuss their unique leadership approach and decipher trends to lay out a roadmap for changing the paradigm of restaurants.

Elaborating on the current Indian restaurant market scenario, Gaurav Marya, President, Franchise India said, “It is merely a matter of few years before the Indian urban moves from eating out once in two weeks to eating out twice in one week.
