An Indian tech company recently announced a Tucson expansion, hoping to bring 320 jobs to the segment.

Mritunjay Singh, CEO, Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey and AXISCADES, announced on 24th August 2018 that the company will expand to Tucson, in order to fill mechanical and electrical engineering positions.

Bangalore based company is looking to fill the jobs in sectors like construction, mining, and aerospace. The company is looking to achieve its target within the next five years.

Governor Doug Ducey stated, “This is a big win for Tucson and the entire region. Two years ago, we welcomed Caterpillar's surface mining and technology division to Southern Arizona. Since then, Caterpillar's significant investment has created a ripple effect throughout the community and the state.”

AXISCADES expansion is looking to bring more employment and opportunities for the Indians. Singh further adds, “We chose Tucson to be closer to Caterpillar, one of our key customers, as well as other clients in the mining industry. The entire region is strong not only in mining but also other key AXISCADES strategic growth areas such as aerospace, defense and healthcare.”
