3. Delivery boy partners: There already are 50,000 delivery boys under shadowfax. But with the kind of distribution network, there is a need to add 5,000 delivery boys each month.
4. Facility franchisee: This would come up in near future.
- Shadowfax actively looks for ways to increase partners' earnings. This way it helps increase more profits to franchisee as well as helps expansion easier.
- It provides all the guidelines to maintain portals. Gives technological platform and the SLA’s.
- Delivery boy partners are responsible to identify staff, train them, get KYC and ensure they get few orders done.
- There is no barrier as to the size of the partners. Shadowfax is a partner driven company and is looking for expansion.
- The partner's beliefs and the company's beliefs should be a fit.
- Financial modeling contracts should be aligned.
- There has to be transparency in relation to offers, challenges, and numbers between the partners and the company.
