Power School, an innovative information access solution for educational institutes is a 24 * 7 automated call centre customised that proactively engages Parents / Students with Educational Institutes. Big Birthday, Big Shaadi are another two innovations by us. Besides this we have various specialised solutions likes Doctor’s Appointment System, Customer Complaint Handling and Escalation, Home Delivery Helpline Solutions, Emergency Response System etc.

What are your plans for franchise network development?

At Big V, we are committed to our business partners and we expect to grow this network in coming times by sheer value proposition. We are targeting tier II and III cities for franchise expansion. The scope of business opportunity is huge there. We look forward to establish a robust network of franchisees in each and every part of the nation.
