IOS en route to franchising

Jaipur-based Institute of Shipping (IOS) is planning to expand its pan-India via franchise route. Established with a vision to support the corporate world in the field of shipping, logistics and foreign trade, IOS opted for franchise business expansion model for its education business in October, 2012. It targets to build up and extend its presence in at least five states across India by March 2013. The brand is seeking partnerships with potentially financially sound companies. An office of at least 200 sq ft with all communication facilities along with a comprehensive network in the district or state is desirable from franchisee’s end. Apart from supporting the corporate world, IOS also helps students and working executives’ wanting to make a career in chartering, shipping, warehousing, logistics and foreign trade, international marketing.
