A training program has been organized for senior executives of India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (ITDC), a Public Sector Undertaking under the aegis of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The training program organized by AIH&TM was conducted at Hotel Samrat. The training was imparted by the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University, on 'Finance & Cash Management' and was aimed at constructive understanding of finance.
The training program covered diverse topics such as Accountancy Basics, Accounting Ratios, Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Trading Account and Cash management amongst others.
Anita Bimal, GM-HRD, ITDC, said, "We are happy to organise such training programmes for our officers of the organisation that helps us to understand the business better. Our belief is that this constructive understanding of finance would benefit all of us at every level. In the past too, AIHTM has initiated such training activities and will continue to do so for the best of the organisation."
