The first ever business conclave of JITO ladies wing 'JITO Womenpreneurs National Business Conclave 2018' was held on 17th November 2018. It was a successful event with 350 enterprising women attending it from across the country, wherein various mantras to become successful in businesses were presented to the budding women entrepreneurs.
This event helped ladies in business start-ups, funding, digital technology and vast business opportunities in various fields. This will certainly pave the way to increased participation of women in the startup movement.
Sharmila Oswal, JITO Ladies Wing Chairperson, said, "Women in the family are key decision makers in the family on many important matters. Womenpreneurs bring in the opportunity to directly address to those ladies who are decision makers to buy various products and services for their families and respective business."

At this conclave, there was an inspirational discussion by Entrepreneur Magazine Editor, Ritu Marya, and Franchisors Meema Menon and Leena Ashar on franchisee business module.
