Just Herbs, an Ayurvedic beauty products startup, is planning to expand its offline network through partnerships and franchise models. The startup presently earns most of its revenues through online sales.
Arush Chopra, Founder and Chief Executive of Just Herbs, said, "Millennials are our primary customers and around 80% of our sales come from the online channel. Here again, a bulk of sales come from our own website and the balance comes from third-party websites like Myntra, Jabong, and Amazon."
Currently, the company is earning nearly 15% of online revenues through exports to Asian countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand, the Middle East and Canada.
The beauty products firm has four offline small format stores. Of these four stores, two are present in Hyderabad, and one each in Chandigarh and Ludhiana.
Just Herbs is looking to expand its offline presence in cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi.
"While 'online first' still remains an important part of our strategy, we think that brands cannot be built through online alone and we will be adding more stores in malls and high streets across the country," Chopra added.
