In the company’s franchise model, the owner of the hotel will continue to manage his hotel. The associating hotels will be benefited by the Keys’ brand name and its various marketing, partnerships and sales initiatives to provide them exposure to national and international consumers and improve their revenues besides other support systems. Keys Hotels, a young and fast growing chain of Hotels was formed in 2007. Till now, it has been operating hotels under ownership and management contract models. With a total portfolio of 31 hotels of which 12 are in operations while 19 properties are in various stages of development, slated to open in due course of time, Key Hotels aims to have 52 hotels in India and abroad by 2015-16.
