Kidzee runs on a franchise model and boasts of around four lakh satisfied alumni. It has also trained over 10 thousand early childhood educators, nurturing them to be teachers and giving them a fulfilling career.

KVS Seshasai, Chief Executive Officer, Zee Learn Limited says, “By pioneering early childhood care and education, Kidzee has touched the lives of more than four lakh children since its inception in 2003.” Kidzee is known for its child centric learning methodology called ‘iLLUME’ which is an approach that helps parents and teachers spot the unique potential in each child and help them realise it. Learning style of every child is carefully attended to and a note is made of the preferred style. Accordingly the activities are built.

Under its umbrella brand Zee Learn, Kidzee has built another campaign ‘I Care’, which is a national movement to change the way individuals think about prevention of child abuse. By focusing on community activities and preschool and school policies that prioritise healthy child development, this movement is to ensure that child abuse and neglect never occurs in the first place.
