Kiko Milano, Italian beauty brand, is now ready to provide perfect makeover to the Indians with its international beauty products. The brand is aiming to explore the Indian beauty segment by installing 45 stores in the next three years.
Kiko Milano, the beauty arm of Percassi Group-company, has joined hands with DLF for its retail expansion across the length and breadth of the country. It is also aiming to catapult its sales in India through online marketplaces.
Speaking about its recent foray, Mark Koprowski, Director, Percassi Group International said that in the first year, the brand will have four stores and then will open 20 stores each in next two years. After venturing into the four developed metro cities, the brand will shift its gear towards tier II places. Kiko Milano would also go online. It is yet exploring with its partner DLF as how to go on this.
Even after much of probing, company declined to share any financial details about its India's venture. Kiko Milano, which today opened its first store in DLF Mall of India at Noida, is positioning its range of products as affordable for the middle class segment, which is growing very rapidly.
The brand has done an extensive study of the India market before entering here. Its price would be competing with the local players one side but would also offer professional products which would be slightly above that, Koprowski added.
