Kohinoor Technical Institute (KTI) has opened its first franchisee in Mumbai recently. Spread in an area of 2,500 sq ft, the KTI franchisee seven trades. KTI’s Model Franchisee Centre will offer courses across different trades and job roles and will create employment opportunities across India and abroad.
Mobile Repairing, Advanced Diploma in Automobile Engineering Services, A.C. and Refrigeration, and Electrical courses will be offered from June whereas Computer Software, Computer Hardware and Networking and Fashion Designing courses will be offered from July onwards.
Commenting on the occasion, Sameer Joshi, KTI CEO and Director said, “KTI has grown into a national network of over 75 centres across 8 Indian states till date and today onwards we intend to get more partners on board in Mumbai city and its extended suburbs. We invite all potential partners to join hands with KTI thereby expanding the Kohinoor family and reaching out to more and more people to impart best in class - quality vocational education.”
Through the Franchise Model, the institute wants to deliver the services that they offer at the company-owned centres. Partners are required to have the same lab infrastructure and faculty members to train the students.
KTI provides them with all the academic content and the support towards training the faculty, assessments and examinations to ensure a quality education, certification and then most importantly job assistance to students.
The institute is looking forward to opening about 100 franchise centres this financial year across India in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi/NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Kolkata etc. This will be followed by expansion in other states.
