With the whole world celebrating International Yoga Day with fervour, Lite Bite Foods organised a Chair Yoga session with Yoga Instructor Sujeet Singh for all its employees at its corporate office. With this initiative, Lite Bite Foods has reiterated the benefits of Yoga for a working professional. Practices such as Chair Yoga not only keep the mind stress free but also improve strength and flexibility.
