- Lite Bite Foods opens Belgian Fries at Terminal 1D New Delhi Domestic Airport
F&B retail company, Lite Bite Foods has opened the first airport outlet of Belgian Fries at Terminal 1D New Delhi Domestic Airport, stated a company release. Belgian Fries offers sumptuous, perfectly cut, fully loaded fries and other travel food options such as – Hotdogs, Lasagne and Chicken Strips.
Rohit Aggarwal, Director, Lite Bite Foods said, “We are delighted to add Belgian Fries to our list of franchise outlets at the Airport. This further adds yet another offering in our bouquet of QSR outlets that we operate at the airport.Our existing outlets at the Airports are doing extremely well and we hope to generate similar business with Belgian Fries.”
According to Sharad Sachdeva, CEO, Lite Bite Foods, “Lite Bite Foods has a number of franchisees of renowned brands in its fold, such as Krispy Kreme, 4700 BC Popcorn, Café Delhi Heights. Belgian Fries will add variety to the existing food options to the travellers and will open our market to youngsters and kids.”
Lite Bite Foods already has Street Food by Punjab Grill outlet at T3 terminal and a Baker Street outlet. The company has also tied up with HMSHost to acquire the rights to launch and operate outlets at Airports across India and Asian countries. With up to 40 million passengers travelling, annually at IGI, established food concepts and emerging brands are increasingly recognising the potential of such high-footfall transport hubs. Also, airports are also adding a more local feel to their spaces in an attempt to offer travellers a better sense of what that city has to offer.
