Lite Bite Foods (LBF), a concept in the food & beverage industry promoted by Amit Burman, is planning to extend its retail presence across India by opening stores at airports by next year. Besides having two franchise outlets, the brand is now scouting for prospective franchisees to open more outlets. Currently, the brand is offering franchise opportunity for two of its retail formats like quick service restaurant (QSR) and casual dining restaurant (CDR). For opening an outlet in the QSR format, a franchisee is required to invest about Rs 50 lakh along with an area of 300 sq ft. For the CDR format, a franchisee will require an investment of Rs 2.5 crore with an area of 2, 000-3, 000 sq ft.
