Mahindra First Choice Services, the multi-brand car service division of Mahindra Group, is planning to set up 450 outlets in India in the next three years. The brand will be opening a mix of company-owned and franchise outlets. Presently, the company has 28 company-owned outlets across the nation.
“We are planning to open 450 outlets in next three years. With this, we have also set a target of Rs 100 crore in this fiscal, rising ahead from Rs 30 crore in 2013-14,” confirms Alok Kapoor, Marketing Head, Mahindra First Choice Services.
Of the 450 proposed outlets, Mahindra First Choice Services is hoping to set up over 100 by the end of this financial year. Of the total envisioned outlets, 400 would be opened via the franchise route while the remaining 50 would be company-owned. The company hopes to have a 10 per cent market share in the Rs 14,000 crore car services industry.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Group and is part of the Group's after-market sector.
