- Malvern-Based Frontline Education Acquires Perennial EdTech
Frontline Education, a Malvern-based learning provider of school administration software for the K-12 education community, has completed the acquisition of Perennial EdTech, based in the San Francisco Bay area.
Perennial is the parent company of Escape Technology, Digital Schools, eDoctrina, Healthmaster and Software Answers, serving a combined 8,000,000 students through more than 1700 clients.
The Malvern-based company provides comprehensive, integrated solutions for K-12 organizations that build bridges across departmental siloes.
