- Malvern-based Frontline Education to acquire Perennial EdTech
Frontline Education, a Malvern-based provider of school administration software for the K-12 education community, has inked a definitive agreement to acquire Perennial EdTech, based in the San Francisco Bay area.
With the acquisition of Perennial EdTech, Frontline will bring greater value to the education community by expanding the depth and breadth of problems solved through its platform.
