Maharishi Ayurveda Products Pvt. Ltd (MAPPL), a Delhi based health care company is all set to launch its franchise model. Combining the ancient Indian Ayurveda texts with relevant contributions of Modern Sciences, the company would be targeting the tier I, II and III cities in its expansion bid.
Speaking on this, Anand Shrivastava, Chairman and Managing Director, MAPPL said, “With more and more people becoming aware of the side-effects of modern medicine, Ayurveda offers a natural and holistic healing experience from within. We at Maharishi Ayurveda envision a disease free society. Working towards it, we are looking at aggressively expanding our network through the franchise route. We have launched two models targeting Tier I, II and III cities.”
MAPPL began retailing in 1987 with its propriety product ‘Amrit Kalash’. Today, it comprises a product range of over 1500 products covering herbal medicines, rasayanas, food supplements, beverages, personal care items, and cosmetics etc.
The company has its presence in over 40 countries across the globe, including U.S.A., Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Holland, Ireland, South Africa, Japan, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Mauritius, Singapore, Thailand and others through a network of Country Distributors.
