Maya a brand from the Gitanjali Lifestyle, the retail arm of Gitanjali Group plans to strengthen its footprints across India. The brand already has eight company managed and three franchised stores across India and plans to open more than 100 in the coming 3 to 4 years. Future expansion would come through both company-owned and franchised stores. The aspiring franchisee would require an investment of Rs one crore and an average area of 20,000 sq.ft. Maya’s eyes are set on Tier I and II cities, targeting its socio-economic A and B classes.
